What's included in the fixed price?
Everything in the agreed scope: design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support for the specified period. Changes to scope are discussed openly before any work — never billed as a surprise.
Do you charge hourly?
No. We scope every project upfront and quote a fixed price. This protects you from runaway costs and aligns our incentives — we ship efficiently because we're paid to deliver, not to bill hours.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
If you want to add features during development, we scope and price the addition separately. We never proceed with out-of-scope work without agreement. Most clients save scope additions for a post-launch v2.
Is there a payment schedule?
Typically: 40% at project start, 30% at mid-project milestone (working prototype), 30% at delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss a 5-milestone schedule.
Do you offer retainer agreements?
Yes. After launch, many clients continue with a monthly retainer (typically €2–8K/month) for ongoing development, maintenance, and priority support.
What's not included?
Third-party platform costs (Supabase, Xano, WeWeb subscriptions), domain registration, and any paid API usage (Stripe fees, OpenAI tokens). We help you set these up and estimate costs during scoping.
